Upon approval of the above items, the Buyer will sign an escrow agreement and move funds into a designated escrow account and/or wire funds to designated bank account specified in Purchase Agreement.

Following the movement of funds, the product will be made available to the Buyer in accordance with the terms of the Purchase Agreement.

The Buyer is provided with the opportunity to quarantine and test the product via a third party testing facility prior to taking delivery of the product.

Once the Buyer has accepted the product, the product is then released to the Buyer in conjunction with the release of funds to the Seller from escrow.
